Volume is the easy half
Las Vegas injury law is a knife fight. Every firm in the city is buying, writing and clawing for the same searches.
Anyone can publish fast. Publishing fast without the quality falling over is the part that decides whether it was worth doing.
Then Google stopped showing thousands of the pages
Google changed how it treats older sites, and thousands of pages that had been fine for years dropped out of its index in a matter of weeks. This is the moment most people reach for the delete key, and deleting is how you turn a bad month into a permanent one.
I did neither. Overlapping posts were merged into single strong pages. Thousands of spam links that had been pointed at the site were found by hand and disowned. Every stranded page got its own decision, and every decision was reversible and written down.
Google had looked at 4,144 of the firm’s pages and decided not to show them.
Refused, not missing.
The pages existed. Google had crawled them and chosen not to show them. 4,144 of them, on a law firm’s site with years of writing behind it.
Every page got a decision.
Merge it into a stronger page, redirect it to the page that earns, or keep it and fix it. Each decision written down, each one reversible.
Worked back down.
One page at a time, June to September. The count of refused pages fell from 4,144 to 2,549 as read on 3 September 2026, and the work continues.
Nothing bulk deleted.
Deleting is how a bad month becomes a permanent one. Not one page went in the bin to make the number look better.
