Services

Search, sites, and the reporting that proves it.

You can buy any one of them on its own. They run off one plan, and each one has already worked somewhere real.

01

Design and build

I build the website itself, by hand.

Written by hand rather than assembled from a theme, so the architecture underneath and the words above are not fighting the container they sit in. You keep every template. Nothing is rented from a page builder.

An agency flagship rebuilt end to end, thirty two pages. A hospital site carrying a donation route priced by procedure. A portal its clients log into.

What structure means

Google does not read a pile of pages. It reads structure.

01

A pile.

Most websites are a pile of pages nobody planned. Google reads them the way it finds them, as a pile, and gives none of them much credit.

02

Every page gets a job.

One page carries the service. The pages around it carry one thing each: a town, a price, a question people ask, a variation, a comparison. No job, no page.

03

Strength flows up.

Each supporting page links up to the service page. Google counts those links, so every real answer you publish makes the page that matters a little stronger.

04

One page earns the booking.

That is the page that has to win the search. Everything else on the site exists to lift it. Drawn here for a cleaning firm; the shape is the same for a law firm or a property firm.

02

Site architecture

I decide what pages exist and how they connect.

The highest leverage work in search. Your market, your services and your towns mapped into a structure Google can read. Every page has a job and every link has a reason.

This is what turned half a million wasted appearances into top three rankings, and rebuilt Exclusive Pro Cleaning’s identity after Google had misread it.

What a cadence means

One August. Four sites. 195 pieces, every one dated before the month began.

01

Mapped before written.

Four websites, one month. Before a word existed, every piece was matched to a real search and given a day. That is the plan on the left, empty.

02

Dated in July.

Two a day for an injury firm and a property firm, one a day for a second law firm, two a day for the agency’s own site to the 20th. 195 pieces on the calendar on 29 July, before August began. Weekends included.

03

Built ahead.

Each piece was written, checked and scheduled before its day, so the month ran without bursts, quiet weeks or catching up. Scheduled is a promise; live is a fact, so the second figure is a check made on the site itself.

04

Through the same gates.

One real search named first, facts checked against primary sources, real length, every link resolving. 195 times. That is what a cadence means, and why quality does not fall over when the volume goes up.

The counts are the schedules’ and one site check.

03

Content, on a cadence

I write the pages that bring the searches in.

Not words by the thousand. Every piece targets one real search, links up to the page that earns the booking, and passes the same gates every time: real length, checked facts, no filler.

Cadences I have held run from fifteen pieces a month for a local brand to two a day, every day, across four operations at once.

04

Technical foundations

I get your pages into Google, and the wrong ones out.

The unglamorous work that decides whether anything else holds. Broken addresses repaired, self competition ended, the site reporting its own changes automatically.

When this goes badly wrong it looks like tens of thousands of invisible pages. It is still fixable.

05

Local visibility

I make your listing and your town pages win local calls.

For a local business the map listing is the front door. Aligned with the site page for page, kept active weekly, with directories squared so every one says the same thing.

And when a listing is already healthy, I leave it alone and tell you so.

06

Reporting you can log into

A report you can read on your phone at 11 PM.

Where you rank, what changed, what it produced, what happens next. Plain words, real numbers, no glossary. Every report stays in one place behind your login.

A client who understands the work protects it. That is why reporting is part of the method rather than an afterthought.

01

The foundation build

A scoped project with an end. Architecture, the core pages, the technical base, the listing aligned. You own all of it when it is done.

02

The monthly engine

After the foundation. New pages every month, listing activity, technical watch, and the report where you see what happened.

03

The audit

A site that is not performing, diagnosed in full, with a prioritised plan and a call where I explain it in plain language.
